We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the projects assigned to him/her and for the relationship with the customer.

You will be involved in:

• Project planning, supervision and guidance, customer and technical team management;
• You will work with our customers and with our Technical Team, as well as with all the roles in Moxoff.

You will:

• Manages project activities: estimates, people allocation, goals, communication, timing, customer;
• Monitor project KPIs;
• Manage the relationship with customers and stakeholders
• Monitor Work In Progress;
• Risk Management and related Plans;
• Change Management.

Your responsibilities:

• Customer satisfaction
• Project team management
• Project timing management

Must have

• 4-5 years of work experience
• Project management skills: team management, planning, budget management, KPI monitoring, project stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with colleagues and with the customer
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and main Agile frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)
• Knowledge of project management tools;
• Excellent attitude in Leadership and Problem Soving;
• Sectors of origin: IT, tech, data, software
• Italian mother tongue.

Nice to have

• Academic background: preferable Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics
• Certification/Course about Project Management
