We are looking for an experienced Chief Technical Officer to join our team. We want to meet motivated and ambitious candidates!

You will be involved in:

leading a highly skilled technical team in the development and implementation of original and innovative solutions based on data science, machine learning, mathematical/numerical modeling and simulations for the most diverse and stimulating business applications.

You will:

• Drive the scientific and technical development of the company, in coordination with a top standing scientific committee and according to the business needs.
• Manage a team composed of data scientists, math model developers and data & software engineers to deliver customized solutions or to develop innovative products.
• Lead the internal research and development.
• Be in continuous training and never stop learning and increasing your technical skills: on the job and from the interaction with colleagues, in company training sessions and even independently.
• Support the Business Solution Managers in the pre-sales and sales phases.

Your responsibilities:

• Address the strategy of the company in terms of competences, people, technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality of the technical solutions delivered by Moxoff.

• 3 or more years of work experience leading tech teams in data science, advanced statistical analysis and machine learning methods (or more generally AI), mathematical modeling and simulation.
• Master's Degree or preferably PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of software development in a CI/CD environment to deliver SaaS solutions.
• Competent in at least one of the following scientific fields:
• statistical learning and machine learning methods or more generally AI;
• Mathematical and Numerical modeling (numerical solution of PDEs);
• Mathematical optimization.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, essential for the effective management of relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Speak and write fluent Italian
