We are looking for an experienced Business Solution Manager to join our team. The Business Solution Manager is responsible for managing the projects assigned to him/her and for the relationship with the customer.

You will be involved in:

• Project planning, supervision and guidance, customer and technical team management
• You will work with our customers and with a team of Business Solution Managers, as well as with all the roles in Moxoff.

You will:

• Create and collect customer needs and generate new opportunities
• Manage the offer phase
• Manages project activities: estimates, people allocation, goals, communication, timing, customer
• Monitor project KPIs
• Manage the relationship with customers and stakeholders

Your responsibilities:

• Customer satisfaction
• Project team management
• Project timing management

Must have

• 4-5 years of work experience
• Project management skills: team management, planning, budget management, KPI monitoring, project stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with colleagues and with the customer
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and main Agile frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Sectors of origin: IT, tech, data, software
• Academic background: preferable engineering or computer science
• Italian mother tongue
